We are requesting assistance with Unity application log messages.
We have Unity 3.1(5) UM with off box Exchange 2000, CCM 3.2(2c) integration with TSP 184.108.40.206.
Unity was working then - Systray Icon changed to down.
Unity restarted manually - right click icon start Unity
When Unity started: TTS failed to read messages, Unity WEB failed to allow administrative/user access, TSP calls receiving fast busy, then calls rolled from port to port without Auto Attendant answering.
Rebooted Unity server, 25 minutes later, symptoms came back.
Rebooted again. Server was working as expected. But we did not know for how long. Called Cisco TAC - case F091019. At TAC's request rebooted again. Server is functioning as expected.
