Hi,
is there a chance to detect a removed = inactive line via AXL/SQL-Query? (important to ignore these lines...)
Regards

i think so
You can find the query by analysing the source code on the route plan report when you search with criteria 'Unassigned DN"

Hi Remy,
you are right, but routeplan report - as far as I know - is not available via AXL...

Hi,
this is the url passed to the CCM to find unassigned DN
routeplanreportlist.asp?patternType=-1&findBy=name&match=begins&pattern=&rows=20&utilityList=
So patternType=-1 is one of the sql column you have to search
You can make SQL query with AXL and search patterntype=-1
Keep me inform if you find stg

You can use the status field of the device. If it is not Registered, then it is inactive device. It basically tells you about devices/phones as opposed to lines/number.
