hi, am installing a few of our apps against a new callmanager (4.13), some of which use the AXL interface. Everything was working fine, until, for some reason, the AXL interface started denying access with valid usernames and passwords. one minute it was working, the next it wasn't. did all the obvious things, including reseting the password, creating new users, verifying that the username/password combinations are valid by logining via the web page - all that stuff.
so the customer restarted the callmanager. didn't help, but then found that they could not access the EM login page. had to restart tomcat to fix that. still didn't help the AXL access problem though.
any ideas? I really need a fix for this by tomorrow!!! c
