Background image on the IP Phones, how to??

I have run accross some very limited information on the Cisco site regarding xml and asp scripting for the Ip Phones. I would like to add our corporate logo to the background pane on the phones. can anyone tell me exactly what is involved and where I need to put the page and bmp logo.

All help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help. I have done this but was more curious if one can have the image as a background image, not as an idle/services image. There is a "backgound pane" that can have an image on it with everything else "on top" of the image. Meaning, I still want all my line appearances and fastdials to appear on the screen along with my background image. ? ? ? ?
