Backup Dat Tape on CCM.???

I have Dat Tape drive on CallManager Server, we can back up data to tape, but we could not see tape drive at window explorer, like you can see floppy or cd rom drive.

Is there anyway to see whats in tape??

Thanks in advance.

Re: Backup Dat Tape on CCM.???

I'm assuming you mean, being able to look at the backup status. First you can right click the light blue icon located in the lower right corner (it looks like a file cabinet), then select "view status". Another method from explorer is to select Program Files>>>>Cisco>>>>Common Files>>>>Cisco>>>>Logs, then look in the stiback text file.

Re: Backup Dat Tape on CCM.???

Hi,

I want to see whats stuff in DAT Tape. Like you cope a file to floppy driver, you can use windows explorer to see your 3 1/2 disk.

It is beacause when I backup to local HD, I saw MSC.sti(~130MB) file after backuping.

I want to see MSC.sti or whatever backup file on tape by using windwos explorer.

Thanks
