Backup Domain Controller

Hi,<br><br>I read in the "Unity installation" pdf file (pg 50) that the set up of Unity as a Backup Domain Controller is not supported. Could you give me more information about that?<br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Donatien<br><br>

It's never a good idea to install any CPU intensive application on a BDC... the BDC is a busy little beaver typically and running Unity on top of it makes us have to compete for CPU cycles and resources. Not a good idea.

In general if you can run Unity on a member server in a domain, that's highly reccomended.
