Backup of CCM, IVR, PA

Hi all,

I have CCM Publisher, Subscriber, IVR and Personal Assistant servers.

I have BARS on Publisher and that is for database, configuration, and directory information backup. Am I right?

How can I do backup of IVR and Personal Assistant? Or I missed sth.

you can configure BARS as data targets on the CRA/IVR.

then you can use your BARS backup server to backup the CRA/IVR.

PA servers can use Backup Exec or the likes with an OpenFileOption.
