Barge and Intercept Buttons disabled on Enh Supervisor

I've set up a lab with CRA3.0 and have got most things working including recording/monitoring with supervisor desktop. However I can't get Barge and Intercept to work... the button are greyed out. I do have conference bridge enabled on CCM. Anyone got this to work?

Should work! There is one thing different...rather than highlighting the agent you must highlight the call under the agent (click on the +)and then you can click on barge or intercept.
