Barge-in in CTIOS 4.6.2

We are evaluating the CIL of CTIOS version 4.6.2. We find that the barge-in function (SuperviseCall of Agent object) does not work. Does anyone try this function before?

I am not sure whether it is a product deflect, the function is not supported in this version, or we are simply doing the wrong way. Anyone can share the experience?

Just to knock this out as a potential...

The CTIOS Supervisor Barge-In initiates a conference call between the Agent and the Supervisor. In order for this to function, a hardware or software Conference Bridge resource needs to be available in CallManager. Has this been set up?

Thank you. Bill. We solve it. The problem comes from a programming mistake. We can do barge-in programmatically.

It is somewhat disappointed because the caller has a noticeable interruption during barge-in operation. It does not like silent monitor, but simply an auto-answered single step conference.
