Re: BARS backup problem

The main reason for this error message is the cdr flat file in the CDR Folder is not inserting in the database. Open the CDR folder in the call manager you will be seeing lot of files.

Check whether insert cdr service is running. If it is running restart it.

Check whether the problem is solved after restarting the service. if not you need to restart the database layer monitor service also. doing this will affect the call processing . so do it in a maintanacne window.

you should not see many files under cdr folder.

All the best

krishna.
