The User ID and PIN fields are stored in the user prefs and BAT cannot update them.
You want an automatic input to the 'outdial' service while subscribing it, so that the admin needn't input individual user id and pin, on each phone for every user to access the service. You can surely set some default values for these service parameters while subscribing the service to all the phones from BAT. But a single default won't let the service work as expected, as it
will fetch the fast dials based only on default user id and PIN and not for each individual user. A default user id and PIN would have worked if they are meant only for authentication but for 'Fast dial service', these inputs actually decice the putput list of fast dial numbers for a particular user.
I will suggest you to subscribe the fast dial service using some default value using BAT. Then, you need to get a script to update the SQL table 'TelecastersubscribedsParameter'. But this won't be very straight
