BAT problem with CUCM 6.1(2)

Hi,

I am trying to insert phones into CUCM 6.1(2) using BAT.

I use the BAT.XLT template to create the CSV file, create a template, upload the CSV and then submit the job.

The phones are imported but the values for the line "Alerting Name" and "Alerting Name Ascii" fields are not imported.

Has anyone else come across this and if so what is the solution? Do I have to create a custom Phone File Format?

There are definatly fields for them any they work :) Check the Bat.xlt again... I have used these plenty of times on 6.1(2)..

Solved the problem.

I had deleted the phones but not the DNs before re-adding the phones via BAT.

Once I deleted the phones and DNs before the add worked fine.
