BAT problem

I am trying to upload a BAT file in CCM 4.1.(3) , but getting the below error.

SEP0014a917a4db -2147219945 CDBLException Dump: [Duplicate value not allowed]

SEP0014a917a4f0 -2147219945 CDBLException Dump: [Duplicate value not allowed]

SEP0014a917a690 -2147219945 CDBLException Dump: [Duplicate value not allowed]

SEP0014a9818ad6 -2147219945 CDBLException Dump: [Duplicate value not allowed]

I have noticed that the users has been added but phones records are not added.

it seems like the device names are registered in the databse, check if you have a device SEP0014a9818ad6 alredy configured on your ccm ?

you should check if the extns haven't been used in the past and were deleted. You need to delete them from routeplan -> unassigned DN's

this is not the case..I am working on the new installation.

nope the devices are not registrered in database.. when I tried than the user get added & phone record doesn't. In my second attempt again the user can added but not the phone database..

Can you add that phone manually to see if it'll give you an error?

yeah I can add the phones manually without any issue.

I have come across this issue in the past, do a search on the MAC Address…In my case the set was imported, however the DN on line one did not import and I had to add manually…not sure what the fix is….Hope this helps
