Being able to check the Agent login status using the IF node
I would like to know if I can check the status of an agent using the IF node. I am able to do it using the Skillgroup.XXX.loggedon>0 but I am not able to do it for only one agent i.e. if.agent.32456.loggedon>0..

Unfortunately, this data is not exposed. If you are using ICM Release 5.0, then a similar function can be done with the "Agent to Agent" and "Queue to Agent" nodes in Script Editor, particularly the latter. With that node (Queue to Agent), the default behavior is to have the node fail if the Agent is not logged on. There is also a check box to ovveride this. The Agent to Agent node is similar, though the option there is "Node Fails if Agent is Unavailable".
