Bell ringing but no voice

Hi i have just installed ccm 4.1.2. I successfully registered 3 ip phones

1. 7940 ip address 10.1.1.30

2. 7940 ip address 192.168.0.50

3. 30 Vip ip address 192.168.1.30

Above three phones are in different location as you can see above subnet.

=> From 1 i can call 2 and vice versa. Both can receive and make calls but cant here.

=> From 1 and 2 unable to make and receive calls to 3 or from 3 unable to make and receive calls.

Any Expert Suggestion

Almost sounds like a routing issue, can all the subnet ping each other? Are you using a routing protocol or ststic routes?

I agree sounds like a routing issue. It seems that phone 1 and phone 2 can reach the callmanager subnet but not each other's subnet. Signalling (rings) is between the CM and phones and RTP stream (voice) is between the phones.

any suggestions to fix the above problem?

I am using static routes. My call manager ip address is 192.168.2.150. I did port forwarding to the call manager.

Any Suggestion please.

Hi,

You dont give us enough info to solve your problem.

Looks like you have PIX at main site, and there are two branchs. And you set up IPSEC-Tunnel between main and two branchs. Am I Right??

If you have PIX at main site, then make sure the version has to be 7.0 above. It is because old verison wont send traffic out at the same interface.

Please see attachment and rate the post.

Ken

P.S. Correct me If I am wrong with your topology.

Thanks for reply. No there are no branches at this stage, previously there was vpn tunnel between two branches. But now there is no more tunnels.

Any Specific reason.

Thanks
