Best tool for monitoring QOS on LAN/WAN?

I would like to get a tool for monitoring VOIP activity on the LAN/WAN and for measuring/analyzing QOS. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You can use QDM or QPM with cisco works for this ,

QDM is end of life.

Thanks. I understanmd QDM is end of life.Too bad, as I really liked that product. I am trying to get ITEM 2.0 working, but it is not the easiest to get configured.
