VoIP calls are supposed to route through this network (IP-IP, IP-PSTN). We need to capture call details for all such calls for billing purposes. There are 3 types of customers: Prepaid, postpaid and calling card.
Can anyone guide me as to how to go about it? Who'll be providing what in this scenario? And how will these components communicate/coordinate?
We have a complete solution including integration with multiple RADIUS (Funk, Vircom, Merritt etc.), to authenticate and collect CDRs. In addition we have a complete prepaid, postpaid and calling card solution. Send me a mail for more details at email@example.com or also look up our website at www.infozech.com. You may also wish to call Winston at 703-406-6091.
