Billing IP Telephony, and interface to Hotel's PMS?

IP Telephony is a new but hot subject in my country.

New Campuses have Gigabit based LANs and we deeply encourage them to go to IP Telephony. Our first success was in a

hotel, the Cairo Meridian.

They have Ethernet to the Room, and IP Telephony works fine, but I am faced with a deal-killer, which is accounting, they

want to bill residents.

I asked Cisco, and they said we have no in-house solution, go for third party !

Did anyone do accounting and billing before on a Call Manager v3.02 ?

Try Http:/www.telemate.com We have not personally setup call accounting yet with Call Mgr but I'm anticipating it to become very critical to larger IP Telephony installs. I hear they are the best.

we use belle systems, they are thi9rd party and as long as you do not run multitennant you will be fine

They have a interface that is recommended by Cisco in the northeast that takes the CDR files from callmanager and creates customized billing records. Great software and we sell it with every AVVID installation...
