Billing Software

Does anyone know what Avaya or Mitel uses as there billing software? We are looking at doing work at a hotel that currently has certified Avaya or Mitel as there system of choice. Both systems integrate into there business systems. I need to have an interface from the CCM into the business system in the simpliest way possible.

Mitel uses MDR as their first choice for Call Accounting software. However there are a lot of other vendors in the market that support Mitel. I am not sure about Avaya. MDR can import call records directly as a flat text file.
