billing system problem

First of all i am not english speacker. So i could make wrong sentences.

Now, we are making billing system by using CDR.
But we meet the problems.
When we use conference or directed call park feartures,CDR makes several Lines.
For example : Directed call park

external(234151118377) - > internal(8304) then park to 3333
and 8303 retrivel by 13333

This call make 4 line of CDR.
And we can control top of 3lines.

but last one is not corrent.
Even though external user calls to internal that means inbound call, last one shows that the call is outbound call.

so we can not manage then billing system.

How did other billing system solve this problem?

Did you find a solution to this? I have a TAC case open for this problem right now.. Any help would be appreciated.
