now I have cisco as 5300, work as voice gateway.we will provide voice over IP service, how we can resolve the billing system?Do we need work2000 utility?
If there's a Call Manager in your VoIP network, perhaps the Administrative Reporting Tool (ART) can help you out. It does some billing stats based on gateway. It might be worth looking into before spending the big bucks on CiscoWorks 2000.
