Blank vmsg on Unity 4.05

Environment is Unity @ HQ and 3845 VG at remote site. Users get blank vmail msgs when retreiving. Any idea/suggestions to look at?

New to this environment, codecs are using G.711 and G.729a.

Are you getting any error in Event Viewer.?

Which type of GW is this one? MGCP|H323

I would check MGCP CRCX message or H245 OLC ACK message to see which IP address the GW is sending to bind media and verify IP connectivity between GW and Unity.

Any FW|ACLs ?
