Blank Voice Mails

The users are getting a lot of blank voice mails. Probably 20% everyday are blank. I am running 2.46 with CM 3.1.3a and exchjange 5.5. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks<br><br>Jim <br><br>

Are you using G729a as the record format or 711?
