Blind users & IP phone 7960 - help please

Hi

We have some blind users that complain that they can't use the soft keys of the phone. (can't hear differences!!)

His there any way of using Key combinations instead of soft keys , like for ex.

to redial do *2

to pickup do *# 3

Any help for this case will make some users very happy.

I don't think there is any support for this in these phones as of now. I would suggest you to contact your Cisco AM/Sales rep/TAC to file a Feature enhancement request for this case.
