block a AD user in CCM

How can i block or hide a AD user from replicating into callmanager? Because after integrating the active directory with call manager i could see all the active directory user in the CCM.

After setting the 'UserDirAccess' parameter 'true' i could create user from CCM but that is getting replicated to AD.But I dont want it to be replicated.So how can i do this?

You can accomplish this by putting "CiscoPrivateUser" in the description field in AD. Please see the following link for details. You can perform the tasks in the link or simply put the string CiscoPrivateUser in the Description field by using AD Users and Computers.
