Block unwanted incoming calls with CallManager

How do you block unwanted inbound pstn callers like telemarketers Using CallManager 4.1 if you know their Caller IDs?

If you are using H.323 Gateways you can use blocking tranlsation rules as described in this doc:

If you have MGCP GWs then unfortunattely unless you put CRA or Unity where you could do that in front of CCM you cannot block the calls based on ANI.

Thank you Chris, I thought about that but I was hoping to do it with in CallManager so the gateways wouldn't be touched.

Have you considered implemeting malicious call feature? It won't actually block the call but it can identify and mark the call. You can then report the calling party and have your telco block incoming calls from them.
