Hi, have you tried creating individual translation patterns to block the 800 numbers? i.e if I wanted to block 0800 1234 567 I would create a new blocking translation pattern with the above number and give it a new Partition called something like "Block 08001234567". I would then put this partition into any CSS that I wanted to block this number.
You can make an explicit route pattern for the 800 numbers in question, and then select the radio button that states "block this pattern", then put the route pattern into whichever partition you need to.
