I would like to block an outside number from being able to call in- I have 2 PRI's in a 6608 blade going to a callmanager 3.1.

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to route (or block) calls in CallManager based on the calling number, we can only use the called number currently.
It is possible to do this with Personal Assistant, which is a separate piece of software that functions with CallManager, and resides on a different server.
Other than that, other folks that I have talked to running into a situation like this have either a) tracked down the originator of the calls and stopped them by tracking down the info through tracing and/or telco involvement.... or b) changed the telephone number in their system which was receiving the unwanted calls.
