Blocking a number

I need to block our callers from calling 1411, our local directory assistance. ($1.25 a pop) Since I haven't dug too deep into this side of our CM, how do I need to go about doing this. We have Cm ver 4.1(3)sr2

Re: Blocking a number

It really depends on your Dial Plan. At the simplest level it can be done with a Route Pattern of 1411, or 9.1411 if you are using that, with the Block option selected on the pattern. Add this pattern to a Block partition and add that partition to the top of your CSS that is used by your phones.

Thanks

Re: Blocking a number

Setup a pattern for 9.1411 and instead of routing the call, block the call.
