Hi, I want to set up a route pattern to block a PSTN number from accessing my IP telephony network. I know how to set up route patterns in call manager but I suspect that this affects only outbound calls. I need to know what to do to handle inbound calls.
I heard that personal assistant can be used to do this sort of thing but I do not have it and the matter is rather urgent.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Ade

I would handle it on the gateway. Try this on your dial-peer.

Hi Rick,
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I tried putting in the command but it was not recognised. I curently run IOS 12.2 XN with MGCP dial peers. Or is this command available with only H323?

May only be able to do it on h323. That command was implemented in IOS 11 code.

Thanks Rick,
I just upgraded the IOS to 12.2.11T and still could not get the command in. I guess it is just for H.323
Thanks for your help.

Ade
