BRI QoS

Can you apply LLQ service-policy output strait to a BRI interface?

All the documentation I've seen shows QoS applied to a dialer interface, not directly to the BRI. The BRI has PPP enabled and is using Legacy DDR config, so there is no separate dialer interface.

Am I going to have to reconfig with Dialer Profiles on the BRIs for this to work? Thanks for any help.

Re: BRI QoS

Hi,

Yes, you can implement LLQ on the dialer interface. Configure the BRI

interface to bind to the dialer interface and apply the service policy output

command under the dialer interface.

Here is the url with sample configuration:

Re: BRI QoS

Hi,

Sorry, forgot to mention that you don't need to configure dialer profile.

You can use the "dialer rotary-group x" command to bind the BRI interface

to the dialer interface. This is still Legacy DDR. You can configure each

BRI inteface to have its own dialer interface or have multiple BRI sharing the

same dialer interface.

Thanks,

Chinh
