Broadcast Configuration Attendant Console

I configured the attendant console settings for broadcast routing according the manuals on a callmanager 4.0.

If a call arrive, it goes in the queue with music-on-hold, but there is no action on the attendant consoles.

The necessary services are running.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

in windows explorer, go to c:\program files\cisco\callmanagerattendant\bin\

double click on acconfig.

make sure drop down menu in advanced tab is set to broadcast hunting.

I already configured the aconfig for broadcast hunting.
