Hi Guys,
I have a callmanager 4.1.3 and the software attendant console, during an inbound call that goes in broadcast queue, i found that if the call is drop before that the operator answer the calls remain in broadcast queue and is not possible to pick-up anymore.
If i try to pick-up the call i receive the following message "Attempt to transfer a call that does not exist or is no longer active".
Someone has already found these problem ?
Any suggestion is appreciate.
