Broadcasting voice mail message

We are using CallManager3.3 and Unity 4.0. Is there any way that I can send a broadcasting message through everyone's voice mail box? For example, if our e-mail server is down, is there any way that I can inform all of our users, 150+, by leaving a message to their voice mail box at once?

By default there is an 'All Subscribers' public distribution list on your Unity server. Sign into your mailbox and send a message to it.
