Browsing News on Cisco 7940

I am using CCM4.1.2. I have succesfully registered the cisco 7940 sccp phone.

I would like to browse the news page on my cisco 7940 IP Phone.

When i click the services button. There is blank screen and only option is there which is SELECT SETTING

Sometimes it says HOST NOT FOUND.

So what should i do to browse news on IP phone.
