Built-in IP Phone services available

Hi all,

I am trying to improve services given to my users from their phone. To do so, i want to use IP Phone services.

I am looking for a list of all the built-in IP Phone services available on the CUCM/CME and a description for each of them.

The idea is to give them as much as the system can without extra cost and from their phone. They don't really fancy the ccmuser web page.

I could not find such a document on CCO.

For now i am more looking for built-in ip phone service (hosted by the CUCM). One of them would be fast dial from url http:///ccmpd/xmlFastDials.asp

I am looking for a list of all the available services like this one.

Then i will go for external services that i can point to.
