Bulk Editor

I am trying to change the volume level in all the mailbox's. I was planning on using your bulk editor utility, but noticed under conversation there is not an option for editing the volume level field. Is there another way you know of, besides changing each individual mailbox?<br>Thanks<br><br>

If you need to change the playback volume on every single mailbox it probably means you should change the playback level system wide for all playback instead of on a per user basis. Is there any reason you don't want to just bump up the WAV driver playback level across the boards as opposed to touching each subscriber's playback level option?

Jeff, We have a dual integration with CCM & NEC2400. I'm wanting to change the level on the NEC side without effecting the IP side. We have been having multiple volume level problems. We seem to have the IP side fixed, but the NEC side is complaining of low volume. We have tested by making conversation louder & it helped.

You can adjust the Dialogic playback volume seperate from the CCM adjustment. CCM is in the WAV driver under the Cisco section in the registry, the Dialogic is set using the "median volume" value in the registry. Check out this link:

That might work out easier. If this isn't going to paint your wagon I could probably add the volume value to the BulkEdit in a couple hours.
