Recently we create a new button template for 7910, but we have 200 users, is there any bulk tool can assign 200 IP phones to this new template? Does BAT work for this? If, do I need CSV file? Thanks

if you had modified the existing template they were using you could have just reset the phones
not sure if the tool about which you ask exists.
