We have Unity 3.1.5 integ with CM.
We want user to be able to reach any other ext after leaving a voice mail .By default ,after leaving a voice mail if we dial an ext it goes to the personal greeting but we want the ext to ring. I am aware that this can be achieved by changing the setting as mentioned below.
Subscribers > Subscribers > Call Transfer Page & select Yes, Ring Subscriber's Extension-Cisco Unity sends calls to the extension assigned to the subscriber (displayed in the adjacent box).
Since there are 200 users & we need to change the above setting on all the users ,is there any bulk utility to do so for all the users?
