Busy greeting not recorded system mess play

4.0.2. Busy greeting for subscriber is not recorded. When we call the dn and the call is fwd on busy, Unity say that the subscriber is currently busy and play the recorded name. Is there a way, on fwd busy, if the busy greeting is not recorded to play the standard greeting instead? Thanks

Sounds like you have the busy greeting for that subscriber enabled and set to "system" - if the greeting is not enabled then it'll fall through to the next appropriate greeting (after hours if appropriate and then to standard greeting if not). The only reason it'd play the system generated greeting for busy like that is if you have the greeting specifically enabled (it's not by default).
