Busy Signal after Message

Hi

The Problem is when I hear the spoken text in the voicemail, after the text I have a long busy signal on the message. How I fix this Problem?

Well, first we'll need a little information about your system.

Unity Version and some switch integration details (including TSP version and CM build if this is a CM setup) would be good starts.

The Unity Version is 4.01 and we use CCM 3.3.2 SP C.

Maybe the problem is on the Call Manager.

Hi,

This looks like the problem as described per: CSCea75653

A new service parameter

"RetainMediaOnDisconnectWithPIForActiveCall"

is added to resolve this problem.

For 3.3.2 you will need ES 27.

Please verify if this is what you're seeing.
