C Fwd All problem with one device pool


I am having a strange problem for call Forward all function. One device pool with call manager group 1 has around 400 phones registered and are not able to use CFWDALL function. Error I receive on phone screen is Database unreachable

If I am doing the CfwdAll for the users from CCM Admin web page it works.

The second device pool with almost 1500 phones registered with call manager group 2 works fine and is been working fine since long

CallManager version 3.1(4b)

Can somebody help !

Fisrt place to start is to restart the Cisco Database Layer Monitor on the CallManager in groups 1.

If that doesn't work make sure that you have the LMHOSTS file configured with all of your CallManagers and make sure that SQL replication is working.

The SQL replication is working fine.

By any chance is there a fix for this possibly a patch or something. Please let me know
