c3560 PoE does not work with Nortel i2004 phones ???

I have a cisco switch 3560 w PoE

I have configured the ports for IP phones.

I have plugged the Nortel i2004 phones into the ports but ... no power

The port shows is err-disable state.

If I disconnect the IP phone, do a sh-no sh then the port shows UP UP for aprox 15 sec, then gets back into err-disabled state

Any idea ?

i2004 are 802.3af compliant. Please check if current IOS supports 802.3af. Earler IOS versions only supported cisco poe.

What happens if you disable CDP on that port?
