C40 Not Pulling Phone Directory Down from Polycom CMA4000
Our legacy video infrastructure has Polycom end-points regsitering to a Polycom CMA4000. We're introducing Cisco C40 end-points to our video network in a new building, and will eventually migrate to all C40's registered to CUCM 9.1; however, since we're still on CUCM 8.5, we're going to temporarily register these C40s to the Polycom CMA4000 via H323.
We've successfully registered these C40's and can do calls to/from the Polycom end-points via Polycom's CMA; however, we do not get the phone directory pushed down from CMA into the C40. When we configure the phone book in the C40 it only lists options VCS, TMS, Callway and CUCM for phone book entries. The fields available on the C40 phone book configuration are: "server ID", "Type" and "URL". Long-story short, is I don't have access to Polycom tech-support so am hoping that the Cisco community, (or next step TAC/SE support) may be able to speak to this. Does anyone have any integration experience with phone directories for C40's-to-Polycom CMA?

The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
