C60 touch panel 8" direct pairing fails

C60 touch panel 8" direct pair fails, for long time it displays Select Language page in the touch panel.

Direct Pairing is ON and Network Port 2 is set to DirectParing

Tried rebooting and resetting couple of time but no luck.

SW - 7.1

Note: First time installation the touch controller was connected to codec via LAN and now i am trying to connect it directly to codec but paring is not happening.

I see you mentioned you tried to reboot and reset it, but is that the codec or touch 8?

To reset the Touch 8, hold down the new message indicator in the bottom right for 10 seconds until it lights up, and then tap the mute button twice.  Touch 8 will reboot.

Did you check the

Did you check the "Configuration", "Peripherals" screen to see if the endpoint still thinks it has a touch panel paired to it over the LAN, and remove it if it does to allow it to newly pair with the locally connected Touch8?
