Can anyone recommend a good call accounting package for Call Manager. I know there are several third party packages from Ecosystem partner but I'm looking to hear from someone who has deployed them and possible reference account.
We use ISI's Infortel for our Call Manager Billing package. It's a great package, ISI has been writing billing software for PBX's for years. In the last couple of years they have built a VoIP billing package that works very well with the Call Manager and with multiple clusters.
