Call Accounting Solutions for CCM

Looking for feedback on call accounting solutions for CM. Nothing fancy, just who called where, when, and for how long. The ability to define costs would be nice.

Our current solution is using MS Access via ODBC. Problem is that our queries are severely affecting CM resources, creating fun events like: go off-hook and get no dialtone for 10 seconds. Thoughts on that appreciated as well.
