Our admin set up an account for call attendant for himself, but all accounts set up after the initial account can not login to call attendant. You receive an Invalid Username Error when you try to login. Is there a certain format for username or password that he has overlooked?
Remove the previous users from the Attendant console and then start adding users afresh. Add the new user "ac" with the password "12345" and complete all the settings required as per the document given below. Then stop and restart the TCD service.
