Call Back feature has ceased functioning on CCM4.0(1)ES30

Hello,

we have the Call Back Feature installed on our CCM 4.0(1)ES30 for ove a year now and it has always worked fine.

Now it hat ceased working. Whan I press the Call Back Button on our phones (7940/60/70) I get the message "Service not active".

I have restarted the CTI Manager, RIS Data Collector, Database Layer Monitor and Extended funtions services, but no success.

The last thing we changed on the CCM was installing the AutoAttendant feature, but that has not been used yet.

Please help!
