call back feature

i have 7906 ip phone and ccm 5.1 we are using. i want to configure call back feature in ip phone but problem is when one call running that time second call is in waiting list indication but it cant indicate busy call? so how to make call become busy and i test call back feature..

Jayesh,

In CCM administration, under DN configuration, set the busy trigger for the DN to 1. This will make the DN indicate busy after 1 call.
